// YOUTH ROCK CLIMBING LEAGUE Coming Summer 2007
This is a league developed for kids to learn about Rock Climbing in a competitive atmosphere. Practices will be held twice a week in the evening and there will be competitions every Saturday morning. This league is for beginners to advanced climbers. The season will run 6 weeks during the Summer and the cost will be $165. Interested?

Fee: $7.50/day; $30/week
Beach City Rocks offers this physically and mentally challenging sport in a safe, adult - supervised enviroment. Taught by experienced climbers, kids learn about climbing safety, tying knots, equipment, wall climbing, and bouldering. They'll also learn about flexability, strength, endurance, and nutrition (not to mention leadership and motivation). We have 5 Stone Monkeys heading to Maryland for Nationals. They are Laurel Shimamura, Steffen Cross-Cohen, Isabel Pfander, Evan Graham, and Chris Schmeizer.
